Capricorn Security are seeking to recruit both male and female SIA Registered Door Supervisors to work at a prestigious venue in Uppermill, Saddleworth. Due to the nature of the business, you must hold a valid DS SIA Licence and will need to be flexible and able to work at weekends, during the night and through to early hours of the morning.
For your application to be successful you will need to demonstrate that you:
· Hold a valid SIA DS Licence
· Have a professional and logical approach to your work and have good problem-solving skills
· Greeting customers and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
· Can work on your own initiative and have a ‘Can-Do’ attitude, as well as being able to work as a part of a team
· Can work under pressure and are able to demonstrate confidence and calmness in challenging situations
· Respond quickly and robustly to any disruptions or disturbances and follow protocols when dealing with incidents.
· Have excellent communication and customer service skills
· Understand health & safety in the workplace and be aware of current COVID-19 safe working protocols
· Carry out security searches as and when required
· Are reliable, flexible, and committed to always working to the highest standards
· Are always customer focused
· Be of smart appearance and act in a courteous manner
Qualifications and education requirements:
· Valid SIA DS Licence holder
· Compliant to BS7858 and able to provide a 5-year checkable history
· Full UK Driving License and use of a vehicle would be beneficial
· PPE and any site-specific training will be provided by Capricorn Security Group
Benefits:
· Immediate start (subject to pre-screening)
· Salary is between £12.00 – £14.00 per hour – dependent upon experience
